At eFortresses, Inc. (including its majority-owned subsidiary, CloudeAssurance, Inc.) (“we” “us” “our”, “our company”), we respect and protect the privacy of our customers and those who use our websites, products and services. Personal information is any information that identifies you or would enable someone to contact you, such as your name, email address, phone number and other non-public information that is associated with such information. This Privacy Statement applies to both the CloudeAssurance website, which includes any white label or branded websites using the CloudeAssurance website, (“Website”), and the AlertApp! and BlackCloudRx™ Mobile Applications (“Mobile App”). Collectively, the Website and Mobile App are described in this Privacy Statement as “Our Products.” For your convenience, this Privacy Statement is comprised of both a brief notice (“Short Notice”) and one explaining our privacy practices in more detail (“Long Notice”).

- We may generally use this information to provide you with requested information or products and services, to tailor the presentation of the products and services to you, to improve our products and services, to facilitate your use of Our Products, or simply to communicate with you.
- Payment card information is solely collected to process your payment for Our Products. Our company contracts with a trusted third party to handle all aspects of this information. Our company does not retain payment card information or have access to payment card information.
Sharing of Information
We will never sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their use without your consent. We may share your information with our contracted third parties; however, in all such cases, your information will only be shared for the express purposes of fulfilling or improving Our Products’ services to you. Although uncommon, we may be required to share your personal information, with courts of law, law enforcement and other authorities as required by law.

We employ commercially reasonable technical, administrative and physical safeguards to protect the confidentiality and security of your personal information.
Cookies, Web Beacons and User Tracking
We utilize cookies to improve the quality of Our Products, including logging in to the service, storing user preferences, maintaining report selection, and tracking your web page visits. We also use cookies to personally identify you so that we can understand each individual visitor’s actions on our website and may identify you personally within our reports based on links you have clicked in emails or information you have submitted in online web forms and associate this information with such cookies.
We track user activity for performance management purposes on our Website. Information use is limited to IP address and user credentials.
Online Advertising
We may place advertisements on the Mobile App log in screen; however, we do not disclose your personal information to advertisers or any third parties for the purpose of advertising, nor can advertising companies track your use of Our Products or web links you may have accessed.
Choice/Opt-out
You always have the opportunity to opt-out or change preferences in our non-transactional email messages to you by following a link in the footer of all non-transactional email messages sent by us or by emailing us at products@efortresses.com
Access to Personal Information
You can access and update your account information, suspend or cancel your account or obtain further information or pose any questions about access to your personal information, by accessing your CloudeAssurance Account directly, or contacting us at products@efortresses.com

Our Products may provide links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third parties. Please review these third party website privacy policies to understand how those companies will use your personal information.
Children
Our Sites and our products and services are not directed to persons under 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

We are headquartered in the United States of America and you explicitly acknowledge and consent to the fact that personal information used by our company and contracted third parties in the United States will be subject to the laws of the United States. We are the sole owner of information collected through Our Products. All payment card information is collected, used, stored and destroyed by a contracted third party. Our company does not collect or store payment card information in any form, nor do we have the ability to access your payment card information.
We may monitor or record any of your telephone conversations with us for quality control purposes, for purposes of training our employees and for our own protection. We will provide you notice of such recording at the beginning of any such calls.
Sharing of Information
We will never sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their use without your consent. We may share your personal information with our contracted third parties; however, in all such cases, your information will only be shared for the express purposes of fulfilling or improving Our Products’ services to you. Our partners are prohibited from using your personal information for any other purpose without your consent.
With respect to the Website, we may, in our sole discretion, also share your information with others within your organization (including your parent organization, any affiliates or any other individuals designated as users on your account). If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, a sale of all or a substantial portion of our assets, or other similar transaction, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. When our contracted third parties collect financial account information on our behalf, such as your payment card number and related information for payment for Our Products, the transmission of the information is encrypted, using technologies such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. Notwithstanding our efforts and those of our contracted third parties, we cannot guarantee absolute or unqualified protection of this information given the open nature and resulting instability of the Internet and World Wide Web, and we make no representations or warranties as to the effectiveness of our security and assume no liability for security breaches or any failure in the security of your computer equipment, your Internet service provider or other networks and communications providers.

The use of cookies is strictly limited to performance management and improvement.
Online Advertising
We may place advertisements on the Mobile App log in screen or the Mobile App may have a “white label” application, in which a sponsoring company has customized the look and feel of the Mobile App. We do not have sponsored advertisements on our Website. Regardless of the product used, we do not disclose your personal information to advertisers or any uncontracted third parties for the purpose of advertising. Sponsors of the advertisements placed on the Mobile App have no access to your personal information or any ability to track your use of the Mobile App or the Website.
Choice/Opt-out
It is our policy to only allow permission-based email. You always have the opportunity to opt-out by following a link in the footer of all non-transactional email messages sent by us or by emailing us at products@efortresses.com. If you believe that you have received an unsolicited commercial email from us on behalf of any of our customers, you may report it to us at products@efortresses.com.
Some communications (for example, important account notifications and billing information) are considered transactional and are necessary for all of our customers. You must cancel your Website or Mobile App account to unsubscribe from these communications. To cancel your account, please contact us at products@efortresses.com
The information we collect is covered by this Privacy Statement and the information any third party collects is subject to that third party’s statement or notice of privacy practices. Privacy choices you have made on any third party site will not apply to our use of the information we have collected directly through Our Products.
Access to Personal Information
You can update your account information, including your organizational information and email address, by logging into your account. Account information, such as your username and password, can be changed by logging into your account. Upon login, you can manage product subscriptions and billing information, such as your payment card number. If you would like to suspend or cancel your account or obtain further information about or access to your personal information, you can do so by contacting customer support by email at products@efortresses.com. We will retain and use your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services, as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements and for backup purposes.
Third Party Links and Information Collection and Use by Our Customers
Some of Our Products provide links to third-party websites, such as those of our payment card processing partner. Or, as in the case of our Mobile App, advertisements on the log-in screen may provide a link to company that sponsors the advertisement. Because we do not control the information policies or practices of these third parties, you should review their privacy policies to learn more about how they collect and use personally identifiable information. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third parties.
Children
Our Products are not directed to persons under 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with personal information without such parent or guardian’s consent, he or she should contact us directly at (404) 238-0588 or products@efortresses.com. If we become aware that a person under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our files.
International Use
We are headquartered in the United States of America. Personal information may be accessed by us or transferred to us in the United States or to our contracted affiliates, partners, merchants, or service providers elsewhere in the world. By providing us with personal information, you consent to this transfer. We will protect the privacy and security of personal information according to this Privacy Statement, regardless of where it is processed or stored, however you explicitly acknowledge and consent to the fact that personal information stored or processed in the United States will be subject to the laws of the United States, including the ability of governments, courts or law enforcement or regulatory agencies of the United States to obtain disclosure of your personal information in accordance with United States law.
